As Search Consultants, we specialize in leadership recruitment, retention, development, and engagement within educational and nonprofit spaces. Who we are: We are a small consulting firm with experience in non-profit, educational, secular, and faith-based communities. We are researchers and practitioners committed to creating and supporting communities grounded in justice, inclusion, and liberation.

Our senior consultants are experienced administrators, leaders, researchers and practitioners. But most importantly we have ALL experienced executive leadership searches . We have experience with culture and climate assessments, data-based decision-making, setting and evaluating strategic priorities and planning, and facilitating courageous growth conversations, leadership coaching and evaluation,
We go beyond matching the skill sets of leaders with the needs of each organization. By coaching leadership teams and the newly hired leader(s) through inclusive practices for new leader development focused on the first 6 months, we support sustainable, dynamic solutions so that if a leader exits the organization, established solutions remain.
Our goal is to have an authentic search process to support the transition of a new leader into an existing team while uplifting the gifts and talents they will also bring.

As a community, when you engage in leadership search partnerships with us, we make a dedicated commitment to accompany you through the often intricate process of leadership transition and change. Our strategy involves collaborating with your community for a minimum of one year, starting from recruitment and extending through retention. We will actively supporting new leaders as they step into their roles. We will draw upon our extensive experience in training and facilitating leadership environments to assist leadership teams and board members in evaluating and enhancing their processes – from the initial stages of considering new leaders to ongoing support after their appointment.
Our approach goes beyond simply matching the skill sets of leaders with the needs of each organization. We provide coaching and guidance to leadership teams and the newly hired leader(s) with a particular focus on the first six months. This emphasis on inclusive practices ensures sustainable and dynamic solutions. This is a relational practice that goes far beyond the traditional transactional leadership searches.
